Minutes
Minutes must...
- Be taken at each club/class meeting
- Include a list of the names of the people in attendance
- Include the date, time, and place the meeting occurred
- Include the name of the person who recorded the minutes
- Document, in detail, plans of fundraising events
- Include motions and votes to document approval of expenses and spending.
- Be kept for "perpetuity" (forever)
- Be stored in club folder provided by the ASB Bookkeeper or Activities Director. Please email whsasb@nsd.org if you do not have access to your club's current year meeting minutes folder.
Minutes are easier to take if they "mirror" an agenda. They typically include "what was done" not "what was said".
