Woodinville High School's Senior Class Holiday Bazaar is Saturday, December 14, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. in the WHS Commons! Please join us!

Portion of the proceeds from this holiday craft fair support reducing ticket prices for the Class of 2025's prom and senior breakfast!

Woodinville High School's Senior Class Holiday Bazaar vendor table reservations will benefit the WHS Class of 2025's prom and senior breakfast activities! 

We have 2 types of Vendors:

  1. Community vendors
  2. WHS Clubs

Please refer to the correct section below for application instructions.

COMMUNITY VENDOR APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Vendors need to submit a Community Vendor Application,  postmarked by November 29, 2024

  1. Fill out application
  2. Email a photo of your application to  HolidayBazaarWoodinvilleHS@gmail.com
  3. Mail payment and application to WHS. Once received, we will inform you if you have been accepted.

 

WHS CLUB APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Clubs need to submit a Club Application, due Dec. 2, 2024

  1. Fill out application & return to Holiday Bazaar Mailbox in Main Office (left corner of teacher mailboxes).
  2. Complete purchase request and fundraising forms
  3. Email your scan/photo to HolidayBazaarWoodinvilleHS@gmail.com
  4. Turn in purchase request and fundraising forms to front office (see application for complete list of documents needed).
