Holiday Bazaar 2025
The Senior Class is excited to host the annual

Date: Saturday, December 13th
Time: 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Location: WHS Commons
The WHS Annual Holiday Bazaar is a festive marketplace event that brings together local artists, crafters, community vendors and WHS clubs to sell unique, handmade, and artisanal goods. Live music from various WHS groups, community groups and individuals will be played throughout the event.

COMMUNITY VENDOR APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Vendors need to complete steps 1 - 3 listed below by November 21, 2025.
Please note that there are limited spaces available and registration may close early if all spaces are filled before cut off date.
- Fill out the Community Vendor Application (online google response form).
- Submit Photos of items (or like) to be sold to HolidayBazaarWoodinvilleHS@gmail.com
- Pay Table Fee online or by check.
- Online payments* (preferred) can be made here.
- Check payments should be made payable to WHS, include a memo that ties your check to your application and mailed to: WHS Holiday Bazaar, 19819 136th Ave NE, Woodinville, WA. Checks should be received by WHS within 5 business days of application or postmarked by 11/21/25 whichever is sooner.
- Once all required steps have been completed, we will inform you if you have been approved via email from HolidayBazaarWoodinvilleHS@gmail.com
*$2.95 transaction fee applies.
WHS CLUB APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Clubs need to complete steps 1 - 3 by November 21, 2025.
Please note that there are limited spaces available and registration may close early if all spaces are filled before cut off date.
- Review the Club application steps and Holiday Bazaar requirements on the application landing page here (do not submit application yet).
- Complete the following to be submitted as a complete packet to Ms. Nelson:
- Meeting minutes approving table fee and fundraiser
- Complete Purchase Request for Table Fee
- Complete Fundraiser Intent Form
- 2+ Cashier Authorization Forms (students who will handle cash at the event must have one on file each year)
- Submit the Club Application and turn in complete packet in step #2 no later than November 21st. Limited spaces available.
- IMPORTANT! Purchase Requests for purchasing Holiday Bazaar materials are due by December 3.
