General Ticket Information

Save on Homecoming tickets by purchasing during the pre-sales window and purchasing the ASB Membership! 

Fines must be paid or cleared from the student's account in order for a dance ticket to be purchased for a student, regardless if the student is purchasing or being sold as a guest ticket.

To enter the dance with a pre-paid ticket, students must show their physical student id or their digital id through StudentVue (photocopies or screenshots are not accepted). Dance tickets are linked to the WHS student's id card even if their ticket was purchased as a guest ticket by another student. 

WHS students are allowed to purchase a ticket for one non-WHS guest during the pre-sales window, with a completed Non-WHS Guest form. Please see the Non-WHS guest section below for the required form and important information.

Ticket Prices

Homecoming Ticket prices are listed below. Please note that all debit/credit card transactions will incur a $2.95 transaction fee. No fee for cash or check. 

Pre-sales August 19 - September 25*

*Pre-sales for WHS students close at 3:50pm on Friday, September 25th. Pre-sales for Non-WHS guest tickets start September 11th, ending on September 24th.

At Door Tickets

Door ticket sales start the night of the dance when doors open.

**Non-WHS Guest tickets are not sold at the door. Pre-sales for Non-WHS guest tickets start September 11th, ending on September 24th and require a pre-authorization form. See Non-WHS guest for important information. 

Students whose family qualify for Free and Reduced Lunch may qualify for a $0 fee with a current fee waiver form on file. Students in need of financial assistance should contact their counselor.

How to Purchase Tickets

Tickets will be available for purchase online and in-person. Please note that ALL guest tickets (WHS students or Non-WHS guests) must be purchased in-person. 

Online (through TouchBase account):

Your WHS student's admission can be purchased online through TouchBase using parent/guardian's NSD login. 

• Only 1 ticket per student can be purchased online. Tickets are linked to student's id and are not transferable.
• No guest tickets (WHS guest or Non-WHS guest) can be purchased online. All guest tickets must be purchased in-person and WHS guest tickets require a separate in-person transaction.
• If the parent/guardian's TouchBase username and password is needed, please email whsattendance@nsd.org. 

In-Person:

• Admission for guests and students can be purchased by students at the WHS Cashier's Office or Main Office between 7:50am and 3:50pm during non-class times such as before school, during options, lunches, and after school with debit/credit ($2.95 card transaction fee), cash, or check payable to WHS.
• In-person payments are accepted during Falcon Days and start again when we return for the new school year. 
• Door tickets are sold at the cashier's office starting at 8pm the night of the dance.

Non-WHS Guest Requirements

WHS students are allowed to purchase ONE Non-WHS guest ticket with the required paperwork starting September 11th. Forms must be completed by Thursday, September 24th by the end of day. Non-WHS guest tickets will not be sold at the door!

Please plan ahead, as the Non-WHS Guest Authorization Form may take several days to complete and is required before a Non-WHS guest ticket can be purchased. A photocopy of the guest's school or state id must be attached to the form. If the student is a high school student their admin must also sign off on the form. 

Non-WHS students must show their physical id to enter upon checking in with their WHS Student.

IMPORTANT! Non-WHS guests must arrive and check-in at the same time as the WHS student. No exceptions! WHS students are not allowed to check-in earlier or later than their Non-WHS guest. 

The Non-WHS Guest form is available at the button below. Printed copies are in the main office and by the ASB Room 101. Our admin will be available for signing starting Friday, September 11th.

Other things to note and important Non-WHS Guest info:

• Printed guest forms will be available outside ASB Room 101 and at the Main Office starting September 8th.

• Admin are only available during non-class times to sign forms starting September 11th. 

• Guests may not be older than 20 years old, or younger than a freshman in high school, at the time of the dance.

• Guests are accountable for all Woodinville High School and Northshore School District rules and expectations outlined in the Student Rights and Responsibilities Handbook. Violations may result in removal from dance and/or disciplinary action.

• Students must bring the completed Non-WHS Guest Authorization Form with an attached photo id when tickets are purchased. Must have all signatures!
• Non-WHS guest tickets are NOT sold at the door.
• Non-WHS guest must present picture ID at dance & arrive at the same time as the student who purchased the ticket! If the WHS student checks in w/o their guest, the guest ticket is forfeited and there are no refunds. Non-WHS guest must depart with WHS Student.

WHS students
