Track & Field

The first day of practice is Monday, February 25 at 3:15 in the Mat/Yoga Room. Practice runs approximately 2 hours, but can go longer depending on which event the athlete participates in.

Monday and Friday - 3:15 start time

Tuesday and Thursday - 3:30 start time

Early Release Wednesday practice time TBA - times could be different by event and coach availability 

Weight Practice:  TBA by each event coach
