Senior Survey & Scholarship Reporting

The Senior Survey and Scholarship Reporting window runs April 1 through May 5.  The process must be completed by May 5, 2021.

Completion of the Senior Survey includes each seniors Final Transcript request.

Information collected from the Senior Survey and the Scholarship Reporting process is used for a variety of purposes:
  • Recognition in the printed Senior Awards publication.
  • Consent to release final official transcript to post-secondary colleges and universities, etc.
  • WHS school profile data needed for post-secondary student applications, etc.

It is vital that seniors complete the Senior Survey and the Scholarship Reporting process on time due to printing deadlines.

Artwork submissions for the printed Senior Awards publication being accepted April 1 through May 5!

Calling all students from the Class of 2021 who would like to have an opportunity for consideration of their artwork to appear on the cover and in the Senior Awards publication!

  • Upload your digital .jpg submission (max 10MB) via this Google Form https://forms.gle/1Kd77wG4yZ4DZErJ9  between April 1 - May 5 by 11:55 p.m.! Thank you in advance for your creativity!
  • A committee will be reviewing all submissions and will advise the selected cover art by May 19, 2021.
If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Porter by email at rporter2@nsd.org!

Does Your Student Owe Fines or Fees?

Pursuant to NSD guidelines, notifications are mailed to homes at the end of each quarterly grading period. The fine and outstanding fee ledgers will be emailed approx. April 22nd. Please make sure your current email address is on file with our Counseling Office. Fines and fees can be viewed and paid online 24-hours a day through TouchBase, using your NSD generated log in information that has been given to you. ***Online payments are still highly encouraged due to social distancing guidelines and limited staff and student capacity in NSD offices.

Families with Seniors: Please remember that any outstanding fines and/or fees may result in the following: Grades, transcripts, or diplomas may be withheld, including mailing final transcripts to post-secondary institutions; prepaid goods may be withheld including, but not limited to yearbooks, pictures, caps/gowns and other graduation supplies; and/or the student may be held out of optional graduation ceremonies. Because the April 28th cap/gown distribution is a drive through event, please pay all fees/fines online prior to attending the event.

Questions?
Fine/Fee related questions should be directed to Nicki Kongkarat, the ASB Bookkeeper, at nkongkarat@nsd.org

TouchBase username and password questions should be directed to Kim Benedict, the Attendance Secretary, at whsattendance@nsd.org

If you need financial assistance, please reach out to your student's counselor, and visit https://www.nsd.org/schools/get-started/food-services/free-and-reduced-price-breakfast-lunch for more information.

Commencement Ceremony 2021

Woodinville: Wednesday, June 16, 7 p.m.*

North Creek: Wednesday, June 16, 3:30 p.m.
Inglemoor: Tuesday, June 15, 3:30 p.m.
Bothell: Tuesday, June 15, 7 p.m.

*Originally, NSD's Commencement Ceremonies were scheduled for Monday, June 14 and Tuesday, June 15, the 2nd Monday and Tuesday in June.

  • Subsequently, there was a scheduling conflict for June 14.
  • Rather than pushing our ceremonies back to NSD's traditional 3rd Monday and Tuesday (June 21/22), the Wednesday, June 16 date was added.
  • This adjustment moved Woodinville's ceremony from Tuesday, June 15 to Wednesday, June 16.
