Seniors were asked at Rehearsal to reconfirm their seating assignments after 5:00 p.m. Monday, June 13.


Seniors Board Buses to Pop Keeney
Tuesday, June 14, 9:45 a.m.


All seniors must be dropped off at the WHS Main Office Drop Off Loop OR the Upper Senior Parking Lot to board buses to Pop Keeney! 

Be on time!

Seniors must have a return ride home from the Stadium.

Woodinville High School's Graduation Guide: Information for Woodinville High School Seniors and their Parents/Guardians, filled with valuable information regarding the Commencement Ceremony and the important activities and events leading up until graduation, is available online!

Thursday, June 9 - Senior Activities

Visit the Senior Class Meeting, Moving Up, and Senior Breakfast webpage for complete details.

  • Senior Class Meeting (Required)

    • Seniors are required to attend the Senior Class Meeting on Friday, June 9, 8:20 a.m. in the WHS Main Gym.
       
  • Class of 2022 Moving Up

    • Moving up for the Class of 2022 takes place in the Main Gym after the June 9 required Senior Class Meeting.
       
  • Senior Breakfast

    • Senior Breakfast takes place in the Commons after Moving Up concludes.
    • Tickets on sale at the Main/Cashier's Office: $15.00
      (For seniors who didn't previously purchase a Prom/Breakfast Bundle ticket.)

Commencement Rehearsal, MANDATORY, WHS Theater, Friday June 10, 9 a.m.

All seniors participating at the June 14 Commencement Ceremony MUST attend Rehearsal on Friday, June 10, 9am-12pm that starts in the WHS Theater. 

Seating assignments for Rehearsal will be posted at the REQUIRED Thursday, June 9 Senior Class Meeting at the WHS Main Gym, 8:20 a.m. Seniors who have any questions about their attendance must contact Mrs. Schwans at dschwans@nsd.org or see her in her office, 716.

 


Commencement Ceremony Seating Assignments

Seating assignments will be posted prior to the REQUIRED Senior Class Meeting that takes place Thursday, June 9, 8:20 a.m. at the Main Gym.

After rehearsal on Friday, June 10, 9a-12p at the WHS Theatre, any needed adjustments will be made with final seating assignments posted the afternoon of Monday, June 13.


COMMENCEMENT TICKETS, June 2 - 13

Seniors will receive 5 free tickets upon pick up of their cap & gown (Thursday, June 2 after the conclusion of the Senior Awards ceremony).

Additional tickets available for purchase Thursday, June 2 (after the conclusion of the Senior Awards Night ceremony). After that, tickets are available Friday, June 3 through Monday, June 13 (during office hours, 7:50 a.m. - 3:50 p.m.).

PRICE: $7.00 ea.

WHERE: WHS Cashier's/Main Office

TICKETS WILL NOT BE SOLD AT WHS OR POP KEENEY ON COMMENCEMENT DAY, TUESDAY JUNE 14!

Note: Fines/Fees must be paid or cleared to pick up complimentary tickets or purchase additional tickets.

Yearbook Lottery - Through May 31

Deadline for name submission for the Yearbook Lottery is Tuesday, May 31. 

  • WHS doesn't order extra books for those who didn't pre-pay.
  • However, if the publisher ships extra books, which is not guaranteed each year, we will have a lottery drawing for those who would like to purchase a yearbook.
  • If there are extra books available, students will be randomly selected to have the opportunity to purchase a yearbook ($55.00). Students must fill out the GoogleApps form no later than Tuesday, May 31 to enter their name into the 2022 yearbook lottery.

Independent coursework DUE from Seniors - Wed, May 25

All independent online coursework must be completed by the student and their final grade verified by the counselors. Participation in the Commencement Ceremony may be in jeopardy for online coursework verified after this date.

Senior Survey & Scholarship Reporting
Final Transcript Requests


Every senior must complete the Senior Survey via Naviance, which includes the senior's final transcript request to the college/university they will be attending in Fall 2022, as well as scholarship reporting for Senior Awards.

  • Due to printing deadlines, notifications received after May 4th will not be published in the printed Senior Awards publication.
