This is an important notice for AP students taking AP exams this spring.
When AP students created a MyAP account in the College Board portal to gain course access and register for an exam(s), an AP exam was officially ordered for the student. Please be sure to make payment for all exams registered for on the student's MyAP account in Total Registration to complete the exam enrollment. (www.TotalRegistration.net/AP/481598)
If an AP student does NOT wish to take an exam, your parent/guardian must notify Mr. Cho at pcho@nsd.org as soon as possible so the exam ordered can be canceled, as there will be a $40 fee assessed to a student’s account for each unused exam.
The final deadline for all registration transactions must be made by Wednesday, March 15, 2023.
Thank you for taking care of this right away.

Yearbook News from Adviser Sharon Alder
Senior Photos: These are due Oct. 27th. PLEASE remember you don’t have to have a professional photo. If you have an appointment with a professional photographer after this date it’s okay. For your senior photo you can turn in a nice picture of yourself from your phone or that a friend took.
*Also, please know, if you would like a “nice” photo taken, I have some great student photographers in my Yearbook class who would love to take care of you and they will give you the photos for free to do what you want with them. Just email me and we will set you up with them.
**Please know that this deadline may seem early (it has been on or around this date for the last four years I have been the adviser here at WHS :-)). This is due to our deadlines with our publisher. We get these in early in order to make our deadlines and have our books for Senior Awards night in early June. :-)
***Email me, salder@nsd.org if you have any questions about this Woodinville Tradition.
Turning in Photos: You (Senior and Parent) will receive an email with a link to upload your photo. Each link is specific for you and one picture. I am not exactly sure what the email will say, it could be from Balfour (our yearbook company), it could say Woodinville Yearbook or Mrs. Alder. I cannot remember how they came last year and this is our second year turning in pictures like this. Important Info: If you have a professional photographer who will upload your picture for you, you will need to forward that specific link to them.
Just in case you are curious this new way is to ensure we are getting the photo you want and it allows me to keep better track of who has turned in a picture and who we may still be missing. We love having as complete a senior section as we can. Not perfect but as close as possible. :-)
Time to expect this link email: I am sorry that all I can say is soon. I am waiting on information being uploaded to our Balfour Yearbook Site before I can send the emails out.
I appreciate all of the kind words or encouragement and help we get from our Woodinville Community.
