Admission Sale Dates

Prom & Senior Breakfast Sale Dates:  Wed, April 23 - Tues, May 12.
Senior Breakfast Only:  sales resume Mon, May 19 - Fri, June 5. 
 

**TICKETS FOR PROM WILL NOT BE SOLD AT THE DOOR!**

Purchased tickets are linked to senior's student id - no physical tickets needed. 

Senior Admission Prices

  • Prom & Senior Breakfast Bundle: $55
    - Includes entry to both Prom (May 16) & Senior Breakfast (June 11)
  • Prom Only: $50
  • Senior Breakfast Only: $15

Guest Tickets (Prom only) Prices 

Seniors are able to purchase only one guest ticket.
  • WHS Student Guest Ticket: $50
  • Non-WHS Guest*: $50 (Non-WHS Guest Form Required to purchase.  Form & more info below)

How to Purchase

Please note that guest tickets cannot be purchased online. To avoid multiple transactions fees, purchase senior and guest tickets in-person at the cashier office at the same time.

  • Online: Only the Senior student's admission can be purchased online through Touchbase using parent's NSD login. 
    • No guest tickets can be purchased online. WHS Guest & Non-WHS* guest tickets MUST be purchased in-person. To avoid a $2.95 transaction fee on each ticket, please bring cash or check to purchase guest tickets in person.
    • Only the Senior's ticket can be purchased online. Duplicates will not be valid. 
    • $2.95 transaction fee applies
  • In-Person: Admission for students and guests can be purchased in-person at the WHS Cashier's office or Main office.
    • Purchase before school (7:50-8:20a), during Options, lunches, and after school (3:20-3:50p)
    • Debit/credit - $2.95 processing fee per transaction.
    • Cash or check payable to WHS - No processing fee

Important Reminders: 

  • Fines MUST be paid or cleared to purchase tickets.
  • Student must be in good standing regarding attendance and behavior.
  • Tickets for Prom will NOT be sold at the door.
  • Non-WHS Guest tickets will only be sold with a completed Non-WHS Guest form.* See below for instructions & form.
  • Students in need of financial assistance should contact their counselor. Funding sources are available to provide help.

Lost id? $5 replacement id can be purchased at the cashier's office.

Non-WHS guests must show physical picture ID  at door & check-in with WHS student who purchased the ticket.

*Non-WHS Guest Requirements

If a WHS Senior wants to invite a guest from another school, a Non-WHS Guest Form is required and must be completed prior to purchasing the guest ticket. The required paperwork must be completed and ticket purchased by the end of lunch on May 12th. Please plan ahead, as the Non-WHS Guest Authorization Form requires a copy of the guest's id, signatures from parents, guest, guest’s principal’s signature and a WHS Admin signature. 

  • Guest forms will also be available outside ASB Room 101 and at the Main Office.
  • Students must bring the completed Non-WHS Guest Authorization Form when tickets are purchased. 
  • Non-WHS guest must present physical picture ID at prom.
  • Guest must be accompanied by WHS student at prom.

Code of Conduct Expectations

As a reminder from our WHS handbook and code of conduct expectations, in order to be eligible to attend extracurricular activities which includes Prom, you must be in good standing regarding attendance and behavior. This means regular daily attendance in all classes, no issues with skipping, and no major behavioral infractions that have resulted in administrative disciplinary actions. For any major discipline or attendance issues for WHS seniors and WHS students attending prom as a guest, students must obtain administration approval to attend.

Please note: Transportation and before/after dance activities are not provided or sponsored by Woodinville High School or the Northshore School District. This includes any transportation/events including, but not limited to, limos, party buses, and boat excursions.
