Seating Assignments - Commencement June 15

Commencement Ceremony Seating Assignments

In preparation for the MANDATORY Rehearsal on Friday, June 12 9:00-11:30a, seating assignments were posted at the Theatre/Gym Foyer Wednesday afternoon, prior to the Thursday June, 11, 8:45 a.m. Senior Class Meeting.

Slight changes were made since Rehearsal on June 12. Students involved were contacted by Assistant Principal Mason.

Seniors will be seated on either the Green Side or Blue Side on the field at Pop Keeney. Learn where the Green Side and the Blue Side are located on THIS MAP so you are prepared at Pop Keeney Stadium. 

Students seated on the:

• Green Side border the Home Visitor Stands.
• Blue Side border the Visitor Stands.

Parents and guardians, ask your student after the June 6 Senior Class Meeting where they will be seated! Seniors, tell your parents and guardians!

All seniors participating at the Commencement Ceremony must be dropped off at the WHS Main Office drop-off loop OR the Upper Senior Parking Lot on Monday, June 15, 9:45 a.m. for check in and to board buses to Pop Keeney.

Seniors must then have a return ride home after the ceremony.

Parking is NOT available at WHS for seniors cars June 15 thru 16.
