Senior Year-End Activity - Final Transcript Requests

The Senior Year-End Activity window is April 1-May 6. The process must be completed by May 6, 2026.

Information collected from the Senior Year-End Activity is used for following reasons:

  • Recognition of scholarships in the Senior Awards publication
  • Request (and consent to release) your final official high school transcript to the college/university you are attending in Fall 2026
  • Data for the WHS School Profile sent to colleges and universities for college admission

It is vital that seniors complete the Senior Year-End Activity on time due to printing deadlines.

How to Complete the Senior Year-End Activity

  1. The “Senior Year-End Activity” is found on your SchooLinks To Do List.

  2. Follow this link to log into your SchooLinks account or use the yellow SchooLinks icon in your Clever account.

  3. Complete the Senior Year-End Activity no later than May 6.

Senior Survey Week
April 27 - May 1

If not yet completed, the week of April 28-May 2, is designated as a week for seniors to focus on completing the Senior Year-End Activity.

  • The survey takes no more than 5 minutes to accomplish. 
  • All seniors must complete the Senior Year-End Activity regardless of scholarship status.

Need to update your Senior Survey responses and/or scholarships after May 6?

Please reach out to your counselor directly or see Mrs. Stoltz (mstoltz@nsd.org) in the College and Career Center on Fridays.

Updates emailed after the May 6 deadline may not be included in the Senior Awards publication, however students may still be recognized during the Senior Awards Ceremony.
