All seniors need to pay particular attention to the dates in the Senior Timeline. Seniors and parents/guardians are encouraged to check the WHS homepage or the WHS Class of 2026 webpage found under Activities for ongoing and updated news and information as we proceed through second semester.

    • Grad Night Event drop off and pick up locations will be provided by the Senior Parent Group

Now       Senior Devices and Accessories: Now through June 8

  • Senior devices and accessories will be collected June 8 during English class periods (devices, cases, chargers, hotspots)
  • Seniors not using their school-issued device and/or accessories are requested to return them to
  • STS Mikaela Michalsen in the library as soon as possible
  • Fines for any outstanding devices and accessories will immediately be posted to accounts at the end of the day on June 3

Now    ADA/ASL Accommodations: Online sign-ups coming in June

  • At Pop Keeney Stadium, seating will be reserved for those with limited mobility. If you or one of your guests needs ADA and/or ASL accommodations at Pop Keeney, an online NSD ADA Guest Services form will be forthcoming in June for first come, first served sign-ups.

    • The activity includes each seniors’ final transcript request for the college/university they will attend in fall 2026 and scholarship reporting for the June 4 Senior Awards Ceremony

    • The activity is then found in the “To Do List” in each senior’s SchoolLinks account (in Clever) and

    • If you are unable to be here, Jostens will allow a relative or friend to pick up the items with a parent/guardian signed note (the person picking up the items will be asked to sign off – which relieves Jostens of any responsibility if they are lost)

  • On May 1, we celebrate seniors’ post-high school decision-making that includes National College Decision Day.
  • Seniors are invited to come dressed in gear from their future school or gear that represents their future plans; juniors, sophomores, and freshmen are encouraged to wear gear representing where they may want to go, or a school/team they love, or Falcon gear; and faculty and staff are encouraged to wear gear from their alma mater

  • WHS doesn't order extra books for those who didn't pre-pay
  • However, if the publisher ships extra books, which is not guaranteed each year, we will have a lottery drawing for those who would like to purchase a yearbook (No refunds for duplicate purchases)
  • If there are extra books available, students will be randomly selected to have the opportunity to purchase a yearbook ($60.00)

  • The Class of 2026 seniors with the top 5% of GPAs will be notified.

Thru 06/05    Senior Breakfast Only Admission Sales Window*

04       Senior Awards Ceremony, WHS Main Gym, 6:30p (Seniors report to Auxiliary/Back Gym by 6p)

  • Senior Awards Night is as a way to honor, recognize, and provide a social environment for the entire graduating class and their loved ones
  • The excitement of seeing future graduates acknowledged by faculty, picking up their cap and gown, smiling as they sign yearbooks, and making memories with one another is a highlight
  • As some seniors and parents/guardians wonder, seniors typically dress well for this event (dress shirts, blouses, slacks, dresses, etc.)

04       Senior Class Cap, Gown, & Stole Distribution after the Senior Awards Ceremony ends (appx. 8:00p)

  • If a senior is unable to attend, a friend or relative can pick up the items; however, a signed note from the parent must be provided to Jostens. The individual picking up the items will be required to sign for them, relieving Jostens of responsibility if they should become lost or misplaced
  • Seniors are advised to take the gown out of the package and hang it up as soon as possible after pick up to help with wrinkles (Do not use a hot iron on the gown, the fabric may melt)

  • Please note that fines/fees must be cleared or paid, and the Senior Survey and High School and Beyond Plan must be complete for seniors to pick up their items and/or purchase additional Commencement tickets. 

04        Commencement Ticket Distribution & Sales after the Senior Awards Ceremony ends (appx. 8p)*

  • Each senior receives 5 free tickets (a ticket is not required for the graduating senior)
  • Additional tickets can be purchased for $10.00 each (no limit) starting after the Senior Awards Ceremony concludes through Monday, June 15, 11:00a at the Main/Cashier’s Office
  • Please note: Tickets are not available for purchase on Monday, June 15 at Pop Keeney Stadium
  • Tickets are required for anyone over the age of 2
  •  Please note that fines/fees must be cleared or paid, and the Senior Survey and High School and Beyond Plan must be complete for seniors to pick up their items and/or purchase additional Commencement tickets. 

04    Senior Yearbook Distribution after the Senior Awards Ceremony ends (appx. 8p)

  • Yearbooks are unveiled for the first time to the Class of 2026 during the Senior Awards Ceremony
  • All students must have a photo ID to pick up the pre-paid yearbook after the ceremony concludes (any photo ID works, including on the student's phone)
  • Only the student or parent/guardian of the student may pick up the yearbook
  • No notes, no emails, no phone calls will be accepted
  • If there is some sort of emergency, contact an administrator
  • After Thursday, June 4, senior yearbooks will be available for pick up on Friday, June 5 ONLY from Mrs. Alder in room 238 before school, during lunches and after school. After June 5, senior yearbooks will be available on Wednesday, June 10 during Beach Day Distribution
  • All fines/fees must be satisfied in order to pick up yearbooks

05      Last day to purchase admission to Senior Breakfast*

  • Senior Breakfast (buffet by Alexa’s Café) takes place Thursday, June 11 in the WHS Commons after the Moving Up Assembly (Schedule #16)

05      NSD/WHS Items Returned/Due:

If not handled previously, textbooks, library books, uniforms, locks, cameras,photography and art supplies, equipment and any other property that belongs to the Northshore School District/Woodinville High School must be returned to the staff person that checked it out. Devices (and chargers,hotspots, and cases) will be collected Monday, June 8 if English class periods if not already turned in previously.

  • Fines will immediately be posted to accounts for devices and any accessories not returned by June 8

09     Medical Professions Academy Graduation Ceremony, WHS Theatre, 6:00p

10      Beach Day/Lip Dub/Yearbook Distribution*

  • Senior yearbooks not picked up Senior Awards Night Thursday, June 4 (or on Friday, June 5 ONLY from Mrs. Alder in room 238 before school, during lunches and after school), will be available for pick up on Wednesday, June 10 during Beach Day Distribution
  • All fines/fees must be satisfied in order to pick up yearbooks

10      Notice from counselors:

The counselors will compile a final list of students still failing and “not walking” in the Commencement Ceremony. The counselors will notify the parents by phone and the students will be removed from the final Commencement Ceremony list and not allowed to participate in the ceremony.

10    ADA/ASL Accommodations due Wednesday, June 10

  • Pop Keeney Stadium has entrance ramps on the south side of the stadium that allow for wheelchair accessibility. The first few rows of attendee seating in the bleachers, and designated areas on the field, have been reserved for those with limited mobility.
  • If you or one of your guests needs ADA and/or ASL accommodations at Pop Keeney Stadium, NSD will be publishing a first-come, first-serve online ADA Guest Services
  • form in June.
  • Requests will be due by Wednesday, June 10.

11     Senior Class Meeting (Just prior to the Moving Up Assembly), WHS Theatre, 8:45 a.m.

  • Any questions about this requirement MUST be addressed with Ms. Mason in the main office or at mmason@nsd.org as soon as possible prior to Rehearsal day

12      Senior Legacy Day

15      WHS Commencement Ceremony*, Pop Keeney Stadium, 1:00 p.m.

  • Seniors please be prepared to be dropped off at WHS at 9:45 a.m.
  • No vehicle parking on the WHS campus
  • All seniors will ride district transportation from WHS to Pop Keeney
  • Seniors must have a return ride home from Pop Keeney (buses will not return to WHS)
  • Other specifics regarding Commencement day will follow in the mid-May WHS Grad Guide
  • Dismissal for WHS and Inglemoor High School underclassmen at 11:00 a.m.

17      Last Underclassmen School Day of the 2025-26 School Year

25      "Takeout" your Google Drive and save all of your hard work!

  • Google Drive and NSD email accounts will remain active for one year after graduation
  • After that period, they will be deleted
  • Use the summer to transfer your important files to your personal account Google makes it easy at takeout.google.com

25     Immunization Record

An increasing number of employers, universities, community colleges, and military institutions are requiring immunization information

25     Cap & Gown Donations

  • WHS gladly accepts donations of green caps and/or gowns for future graduates in need
  • Graduates who are not planning on keeping their cap and/or gown are welcome to bring the cap and/or gown and drop if off at the Diploma Packet Pick Up event on Thursday, June 25
  •  There is a particular need for gowns 5’9 and under

25    Diploma Packet Pick Up, WHS Main Office Loop, Thursday, June 25, 12:00-2:00p

  • Pending official verification graduation requirements have been met, diploma packets will be available for pick up drive-thru style at the Main Office Loop on Thursday, June 25, 12:00  - 2:00 p.m.
  • Please make arrangements to pick up the packet as soon as possible, as diplomas are often a piece of documentation needed in the graduate’s near future
  • As diplomas are not reproducible and the packets contain sensitive information, the packet must be picked up and signed for by the graduate or the graduate’s parent/guardian (friends of the graduate are not authorized)
  • Thank you for ensuring fines and fees have been taken care of and any outstanding textbooks or materials have been returned
    • Fines and fees can be paid online through the parent TouchBase accounts or checks can be made payable to WHS and mailed to: Woodinville High School, 19819 136th Ave NE, Woodinville, WA 98072, Attn: Bookkeeper
    • If you should need your TouchBase username or password, please email whsattendance@nsd.org.
  • Summer hours for pick up after Thursday, June 25 are Wednesday, July 1 & 8 from 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. at the WHS Main Office

NOTE: Seniors needing a final transcript mailed to a post-secondary institution must make their final transcript request via completion of the Senior Year-End Activity outlined under April 1 and May 6.
