Grad Profile & Transcripts, viewable in StudentVue

Students can view their most updated Transcript and Grad Profile in StudentVue, under the Documents Tab beginning February 6th. 

ALL of these courses (even the courses at WHS) require an application to be submitted.

WANIC Application & Information

Enter Course Requests into StudentVue - by March 2nd @ 11:59pm

Students must enter their course requests into StudentVue to be registered for courses for the 2026-27 School Year. If students do not enter their courses, courses will be picked for them.

ALL students must have a total of 7 credits entered into StudentVue by Monday March 2nd at 11:59pm to complete the registration process! This includes students in grades 11 and 12 that intend to take Running Start classes. Please be sure to list alternate courses in StudentVue incase you are unable to get into your first choice. 

• The WHS Course Request Tutorial video helps guide you through the process of making your course selections in StudentVUE.
• Search for your courses in StudentVue by using the Course ID found in the Course Catalog or on the Registration Worksheet, not by Course Title!

WHS ONLINE COURSE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Parents/guardians are encouraged to review their students Course Requests in ParentVue by March 2nd.
• If they have any questions or concerns regarding their students requests, please reach out to your students counselor by March 2nd.   

Once the registration window closes, students will not be able to make any changes or additions until their 1:1 meeting with their counselor. 

Currently enrolled Part-Time Private School or Part-Time Home School students in grades 9, 10, or 11 that are returning for the following school year must provide the following required forms to start the course registration process. (These forms must be returned for each school year.)

Students must be eligible and live in the WHS service area. 

Part-Time Private School:

1. Request for Part-Time Attendance or Ancillary Services District (Form 3114-2 )
   • View the Course Catalog to complete the course requested information
2. Non-Woodinville High School Diploma Acknowledgement
3. Proof of Residency
   • Provide a copy of a current utility bill or current signed rental agreement

Part-Time Home School:

1. Declaration of Home-Based Intent (Form 3114) 
2. Request for Part-Time Attendance or Ancillary Services District (Form 3114-2 )
   • View the Course Catalog  to complete the course requested information
3. Non-Woodinville High School Diploma Acknowledgement
4. Proof of Residency
   • Provide a copy of a current utility bill or current signed rental agreement

Return the fully completed and signed forms and proof of residency to:

Not returning for the 2026-27 school year?

Currently enrolled Part-Time Private School and Part-Time Home School students not planning to attend WHS for the following school year must let the Counseling Office know and request a Pre-Withdraw form from Roberta Porter at rporter2@nsd.org.

• Middle School and High School Waivers: You will need to register at your home school; unless you have an approved waiver.
