WHS Seniors

Senior Unofficial Transcripts

• Senior unofficial transcripts can find the document in StudentVUE and ParentVUE under the Documents tab.

Senior Official Transcripts

• Seniors applying to colleges make official transcript requests through the student's SchooLinks account.*
  SchooLinks transcript requests simply replace the Consent to Release Student Records form students previously had to complete to send an official transcript.  

SchooLinks transcript request instructions: 

To request a transcript for a college app

1. Find the college icon on the left side of your screen
2. Click on College Applications 
3. Click the blue button on the top right corner that says "add application" 
4. Search for the school you would like to apply to
5. Click the blue "add application" button on the bottom right corner 
6. Complete any questions that pop up and hit "Save Application" 
7. SchooLinks will automatically let your school know a transcript needs to be sent.  

              To request a transcript for anything else

1. From the dashboard/home page, find the "Student" tab on the left side
2. Select "Record Request"
3. Click "Send Official Transcript" on the top right
4. Select the method you would like to use to send your transcript
5. Follow the steps given on your screen
6. If you use "College Address" and they have a "Send in network" option, choose that

*Please note that Naviance Transcript requests DO NOT APPLY TO COMMON APPLICATION TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS OR ANY OTHER ELECTRONIC REQUESTS SUCH AS COALITION OR SendEDU THAT REQUIRE YOU TO INVITE YOUR COUNSELOR TO COMPLETE A PORTION OF YOUR APPLICATION. For COMMON APPLICATION, Coalition, or SendEDU schools, be sure to invite your counselor to ensure your transcript will get sent.

WHS Juniors, Sophomores, and Freshmen

WHS juniors, sophomores, and freshmen needing an official or unofficial transcript must submit a Consent to Release Student Records form:

• Email to rporter2@nsd.org, or
• U.S. mail to Woodinville High School, 19819 136th Ave NE, Woodinville, WA 98072, Attn: Transcript Request, or
• Submit the request in the counseling office during office hours

Alumni/Withdrawn Students

Alumni or withdrawn students needing an official (or unofficial) transcript must submit a completed Consent to Release Student Records form by:

• Email to rporter2@nsd.org, or
• U.S. mail to Woodinville High School, 19819 136th Ave NE, Woodinville, WA 98072, Attn: Transcript Request.

Please note: Once a student is 18 years of age or in a post-secondary setting it is a requirement of the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 FERPA law to have the student's hand-written signature to release the transcript. Transcripts cannot be requested over the phone or by a third party (i.e., a parent or guardian).

Graduated Students - Final Transcripts

Final transcripts are sent by June 30 for students who indicated the college they committed to in SchooLinks during the Senior Survey process in April/May.

• The online Senior Survey and SchooLinks account was considered the student's consent to release the final transcript.

Students who did not indicate a college on their Senior Survey must submit a completed Consent to Release Student Records form by:

• Email to rporter2@nsd.org, or
• U.S. Mail to Woodinville High School, 19819 136th Ave NE, Woodinville, WA 98072, Attn: Transcript Request

Graduated seniors can email their counselor with any concerns, but please note a response may not be received until after they return from summer break.  Please reach out to the WHS main office for requests submitted over the summer.

• Accredited non-NSD Courses

For accredited non-NSD coursework, submit the completed and signed Add to Transcript Form to your counselor and request an official transcript be sent directly to WHS from the accredited non-NSD school.

• NSD high school-level courses taken in middle school prior to 2019-20

Submit the completed and signed Add to Transcript Form to your counselor to apply high school level courses completed in middle school, such as Algebra I, Geometry, and/or Spanish 100.*

*Courses taken prior to 2019-20 will only be added by submitting the Request to Add Course to Transcript form, and once added cannot be removed from the transcript.

• NSD high school-level courses taken in middle school beginning 2019-20 and beyond

With the passage of HB 1599, effective with the 2019-20 school year, high school credit and the letter grade earned is automatically applied to transcripts for high school-level courses completed in middle school unless the student/parent requested otherwise at that time.

A student may make changes to the selection made in middle school up through the end of their junior (11th grade) year.

• Changes to this selection may not be made after that time.
• These options are available only for high school-level courses taken in middle school beginning in the 2019-20 school year.

To make a change, submit the High School Taken Prior to 9th Grade form to your high school counselor.

High school-level courses taken in NSD middle schools beginning 2019-20 and beyond
