Class of 2027 Name Verifications for Diploma & Commencement Program

Class of 2027 Name Verifications

Please confirm the name you would like printed on your diploma and in the Commencement program. 

• Step 1 - Please log in using your NSD school email and open the email sent to you on 08/21/26 to verify your First, Middle, and Last Name we have listed for you in our student information system.
   
• Step 2 – AFTER viewing the email, go to the link Class of 2027 Senior Name Verification to verify your name(s), Legal or Preferred, if applicable, to be printed on your diploma and in the  Commencement program. 

Fill out this form: Class of 2027 Senior Name Verification to verify your name that will be printed on your diploma and in the Commencement program. 

Note, for any name changes, legal or preferred, you will need to provide documentation to Mrs. Porter for updates to your name in our student information system.
