Class of 2025! Congratulations!
Graduates were presented with a diploma cover at the Commencement Ceremony on June 12. Pending official verification all credits and graduation requirements have been met, diplomas, along with transcripts and other documentation, will be available for pick up at the Main Office Drop-Off Loop beginning Thursday, June 26, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. This is a drive-thru event!
- All fines and fees must be paid or cleared before the diploma will be released.
- Fines and fees can be paid online through parent/guardian TouchBase accounts or checks can be made payable to WHS and brought to the Cashier’s Office on June 26. (Debit/Credit is also accepted at the Cashier's Office on June 26.
- As we must have the diploma packets ready for the event, please note, seniors whose fines and fees are paid through TouchBase after 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 26 will find their diploma packet at the Cashier’s Office.
- If you have outstanding textbooks, devices, or materials to return, and/or fines/fees to pay in person, please park in the Upper Student Lot and walk to the Cashier’s/Main Office to take care of this business on June 26. We cannot accept payments and returned items in the Main Office loop.
- If you should need your TouchBase username or password, please email whsattendance@nsd.org.

- If your immunization record is not in your diploma packet, you may register your child at https://myirmobile.com/ receive a .pdf of your child's Certificate of Immunization Status (CIS) form. You will find this information on the nurse's letter in your packet.
- Please make arrangements to pick up the packet, as diplomas are often a piece of documentation needed in the graduate’s near future.
As diplomas are not reproducible and the packets contain sensitive information, the packet must be picked up and signed for by the graduate or the graduate’s parent/guardian. Friends of the graduate are not authorized.
Summer hours for pick up after June 26 are Wednesday, July 2 & 9 from 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. at the WHS Main Office.
Cap & Gown Donations
WHS will gladly accept donations of caps and/or gowns for future graduates in need at the Diploma Packet Pick-Up Event on Thursday, June 26, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. There is a particular need for gowns 5’8” and under.
Final Transcripts
As announced in the spring, the Senior Survey submitted in Naviance constituted senior final transcript requests, as seniors were asked to indicate where they were going to college this fall, if applicable.
Final transcript requests will be sent electronically by June 30, 2025. It is up to the college on the receiving end to download the transcript!
Also note:
- At this time, if any additional final transcripts are needed, a WHS Consent to Release Records form will need to be submitted to whsoffice@nsd.org for the transcript request to be processed.

GradImages was the official photographer for the Class of 2025. Woodinville High School does not have access to the photos taken of students on the stage or sidelines as they walked to receive their diploma cover.
