WHS Summer Office Information & Summer Questions

The Woodinville High School Main Office staff will continue to work remotely on intermittent office hours during summer break. Your communication is important to us and Main Office staff are "here" to help! Please note the WHS Counseling Office is closed from July 1 through July 31.

Questions during the Summer?

Please submit any Main Office or Counseling Office questions via this Google Form and a Main Office staff person will respond within two business days. (Please note the WHS Main Office is closed July 2 and 3 for the 4th of July Holiday and on July 10, 17, 24, 31, and August 7 & 25.)

Counseling questions to submit through the Google Form might include: requests regarding enrollment information and withdrawals. Please note requests for transcripts must be accompanied by a Consent to Release Records form.

For TouchBase login, ParentVue login, and Fine/Fee questions,  parents/students can complete the Google Form or email as follows:

School Property Returns?

Parents/Students needing to return items to WHS during the summer such as:
  • Books, 
  • Computers, hot spots, chargers (seniors and underclassmen not returning to NSD in fall), 
  • Athletic and music uniforms, 
  • Parking hangers, 
  • PE/Athletic locks, 
  • Cameras, lenses, photography and yearbook supplies, 
  • Art supplies, and 
  • Calculators, etc. 
can do so on Wednesdays between 12:00-2:00 p.m. at the Ticket Booth located at the Main Office Parking Loop next to the main entry doors. 
  • MASKS ARE REQUIRED, per the Governor's order.
  • During this period, we are able to accept checks payable to WHS (no in-person cash or debit/credit cards). 
  • Debit/Credit card payments are accepted online through TouchBase 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Checks made payable to WHS can also be mailed to 19819 136th Ave NE, Woodinville, WA 98072, Attn: Bookkeeper
  • This 12:00-2:00 p.m. window is for returns of school property. Other Main Office or Counseling Office inquiries should be requested through the Google Form outlined above.

Locker Items

Since the conclusion of Return & Pick-Up Days (June 11, 16, & 18) and the two alternate Return & Pick-Up Days (June 23 & 24), all locker items have been placed in storage and will be available for students to look through them once we start back to school in the fall and are allowed back in the building. We do not have the ability to access them any longer, so students must wait until then. 

Address Changing?

To officially change your student’s address, you are requested to reestablish residency. Learn more!

Class of 2020 Final Transcripts

The counselors and counseling office manager are sending final transcripts to the colleges and will make sure to do so
by July 1, 2020 for the students who indicated the college they committed to on their Senior Survey previously completed in Naviance during the Senior Survey process. 
Class of 2020 seniors who did not indicate a college on their Senior Survey must provide a Consent to Release Student Records Form and a pre-addressed envelope with 2 stamps for each requested college transcript.  The form can be mailed to Woodinville High School, 19819 136th Ave NE, Woodinville, WA 98072 Attn: Transcript Request.  Due to the COVID-19 closures, we are unable to provide transcripts for pick up.
All fines and fees must be paid or cleared transcripts to be released. 
Students can email their counselor with a concern, but please note you may not receive a response until August 18.  

Transcript Requests (other than the Class of 2020)

A Consent to Release Student Records Form must be submitted per the instructions on the form.

Grading Questions

Questions regarding final 2nd semester grades should be emailed directly to the teacher.  Please note our counselors do not have control over semester grades. Please note teachers are on summer break and you may not receive a response until teachers return to work.  

Regarding Incomplete grades, teachers, counselors, and administration will follow up in September to help the student recover the grade.  

Viewing Final 2nd Semester Grades

In Student Vue, change the viewing to 2nd semester since 1st semester grades are currently automatically populating. The 2nd semester grade seen is the correct grade.  Please email the teacher directly with any grading questions.

Campus Closed

The school building closures also mean all district playgrounds and ballfields are closed to the public. Team games, picnics, and other recreational gatherings are not permitted. Visit the state of Washington's website to learn more about the Stay Home, Stay Healthy order.
