To our Woodinville Community:

I am so excited and honored to be a part of the Falcon family and this great school and community since the 2016-17 school year. I have lived near this area, in Kirkland, most of my life and appreciate working close to home. I earned my administrative credentials at the University of Washington through the Danforth Educational Leadership program. Previously, I graduated from Central Washington University with a BS in Education that took me to Mark Morris High School in Longview Washington for 3 years. Just prior to joining WHS, I taught at Bellevue High School for 20 years. Family & Consumer Science had been my focus and I also spent a large portion of my career teaching Health and Leadership. School leadership has always been a passion of mine. My final 8 years at Bellevue High School,  I was the activities director and ASB advisor where we implemented Servant Leadership, a philosophy that enriches the school environment and develops one’s character. Building a positive school culture and strengthening our student leadership programs improves student learning and the educational environment for all.

Building a strong, positive school culture is essential for every student to succeed. I am pleased to work with our Woodinville teachers, students, parents, and community to continue to build our school and strengthen our core values of Care, Respect, and Leadership for every student. I am here to provide the very best education and support for all of our students. I want to encourage opportunities that challenge students and I want to ensure we prepare all students with the skills necessary for success in life after high school.

I look forward to working with all of you while serving the Woodinville community. My door is always open and I’m happy to help make your experience at Woodinville a positive one.
