Required Forms & Required Documents
All students who are new to our district, or formerly withdrawn students, must register to attend Woodinville High School. Students moving up from Leota Middle School or Timbercrest Middle School who live in our service area do not need to re-register. For all new to Northshore School District incoming students, once all enrollment paperwork is received and verified, a high school counselor will review your student's file and contact you to schedule an appointment to register for courses. Official student schedules will be made available at a later date towards the start of the school year.
Click on the links below to access registrations forms for new students. You may print the individual forms needed or pick up a registration packet from our WHS counseling office. Please note you will also be required to provide proof of residency and proof of age as well as withdraw paperwork from previous school or a copy of your unofficial transcript/report cards and Certification of Immunization status form completed and signed in order for your packet to be considered complete.
Paper copies of our registration packets are available to pick up from our counseling office.
