Woodinville High School's curriculum offers students a well-balanced educational experience. Our school is noted for its rich tradition of providing a comprehensive education in what we refer to as the "5 A's": Academics, Activities, Advanced Placement, Athletics, and the Arts.

Northshore Enrollment for the 2025-26 School Year Opened January 8, 2025!

New student enrollment, including Kindergarten, for the 2025-26 school year opened January 8, 2025. Families who have students currently enrolled in a Northshore school this school year do not need to re-enroll.

By enrolling this winter for the 2025-26 school year, there are a number of benefits:

Connection to your child’s school community including information about school events.
Early enrollment helps the district correctly staff classrooms, services, and prepare for great learning environments for our students.
Enrollment remains open for the 2024-25 school year following the same steps below.

Follow the prompts in the online enrollment portal.
Gather all required documents to upload to to the portal such as:

2 documents for proof of residency (copy of PSE bill and either a fully signed lease agreement, or renter's or homeowner's insurance policy declaration).
Copy of birth certificate for proof of age
Immunization record - copy of the CIS (Certificate of Immunization Status form - WA state residents can download from https://myirmobile.com/
Proof of Immunizations from your healthcare provider if not providing the CIS form from the state immunization portal.
Academic History - copy of your student's unofficial transcript or report card showing any high school credits earned.
Withdraw Form from the previous school if transferring mid-year.

3. Login in to ParentVue or create an account through the NSD online enrollment portal.

4. Continue to follow the prompts and click submit when complete.

Once we see an enrollment pending in our system and all student enrollment paperwork is received and reviewed, you will receive an email notification regarding any missing documents to provide along with WHS specific forms to complete and submit.

Pending Enrollments submitted for the 25-26 school year will receive a course selection worksheet by email around the end of February after all documents submitted have been reviewed.
For Pending Enrollments submitted after June 1 through August , a high school counselor will review the student's file and will register the student for classes at the New Student Orientation/Registration at the WHS Library, date TBD typically the 3rd week in August.

Currently enrolled Part-Time Private School and Part-Time Home School Students (Grades 9, 10, 11)

Currently enrolled Part-Time Private School or Part-Time Home School students in grades 9, 10, or 11 that are returning for the following school year must provide the following required forms to start the course registration process. (These forms must be returned for each school year.)

Students must be eligible and live in the WHS service area.

Part-Time Private School:

Request for Part-Time Attendance or Ancillary Services District (Form 3114-2 )
- View the Course Catalog to complete the course requested information
Non-Woodinville High School Diploma Acknowledgement
Proof of Residency
- Provide a copy of a current utility bill or current signed rental agreement

Part-Time Home School:

Declaration of Home-Based Intent (Form 3114)
Request for Part-Time Attendance or Ancillary Services District (Form 3114-2 )
- View the Course Catalog to complete the course requested information
Non-Woodinville High School Diploma Acknowledgement
Proof of Residency
- Provide 2 copies for proof of residency such as a current utility bill and signed rental agreement or rental insurance policy.

Return the fully completed and signed forms and proof of residency to:

New Student Counselors Orientation/Registration

Fall 2025-26
NEW STUDENT COUNSELORS ORIENTATION/REGISTRATION:

TBD around the 3rd week in August, WHS Library

Students new to the WHS service area who miss the spring registration window, as well as those who move into the WHS service area during the summer, will be contacted to meet with counselors to participate in the New Student Counselors Orientation/Registration on TBD at the WHS Library.

The New Student Counselors Orientation/Registration is not for incoming freshmen who have rolled up from Timbercrest MS or Leota MS.
For those NEW to WHS, please be sure you have completed online enrollment. The online enrollment process must be FULLY completed in order to meet with the counselor at the August New Student Counselors Orientation/Registration.

Advanced Placement Program

The Advanced Placement™(AP) program at Woodinville High School is a cooperative educational program created by the College Board that offers college-level curricula, examinations, and possible college credit while students pursue their education at a high school known for academic and extra-curricular excellence and accommodating and meeting the needs of its students.
