Woodinville High School's curriculum offers students a well-balanced educational experience. Our school is noted for its rich tradition of providing a comprehensive education in what we refer to as the "5 A's": Academics, Activities, Advanced Placement, Athletics, and the Arts.

Northshore Enrollment for the 2025-26 School Year Opened January 8, 2025!

New student enrollment, including Kindergarten, for the 2025-26 school year opened January 8, 2025. Families who have students currently enrolled in a Northshore school this school year do not need to re-enroll.

By enrolling this winter for the 2025-26 school year, there are a number of benefits:

  • Connection to your child’s school community including information about school events.

  • Early enrollment helps the district correctly staff classrooms, services, and prepare for great learning environments for our students. 

  • Enrollment remains open for the 2024-25 school year following the same steps below.

  1. Follow the prompts in the online enrollment portal.
     
  2. Gather all required documents to upload to to the portal such as:
  • 2 documents for proof of residency (copy of PSE bill and either a fully signed lease agreement, or renter's or homeowner's insurance policy declaration).
  • Copy of birth certificate for proof of age
  • Immunization record - copy of the CIS (Certificate of Immunization Status form - WA state residents can download from https://myirmobile.com/
  • Proof of Immunizations from your healthcare provider if not providing the CIS form from the state immunization portal.
  • Academic History - copy of your student's unofficial transcript or report card showing any high school credits earned. 
  • Withdraw Form from the previous school if transferring mid-year.

3. Login in to ParentVue or create an account through the NSD online enrollment portal.

4. Continue to follow the prompts and click submit when complete. 

Once we see an enrollment pending in our system and all student enrollment paperwork is received and reviewed, you will receive an email notification regarding any missing documents to provide along with WHS specific forms to complete and submit. 

  • Pending Enrollments submitted for the 25-26 school year will receive a course selection worksheet by email around the end of February after all documents submitted have been reviewed. 
  • For Pending Enrollments submitted after June 1 through August , a high school counselor will review the student's file and will register the student for classes at the New Student Orientation/Registration at the WHS Library, date TBD typically the 3rd week in August.
