- Parents/Guardians who qualify for free and/or reduced priced meals are encouraged to apply for the Fee Waiver or Reduction Consent during the online Free and Reduced application. If the Fee Waiver was not completed during the application a Fee Waiver should be submitted to Dee Moran at NSD Food Services as soon as possible.
- Once the Fee Waiver or Reduction Consent form has been approved, the sport participation fee(s) and ASB membership fee can be purchased for $0 in TouchBase.
- Fees waived after payment has been made are not refundable.

2025-26 SPORTS PARTICIPATION FEES
IMPORTANT NEW POLICY CHANGE FOR 2025-26: Northshore School District will no longer have discounts for multiple sibling season participation or a family max.

High School Participation

All students participating in a sport (including Competitive Cheer) at the high school level must purchase a high school $70 ASB card (ILHS card is $45). These funds go directly into the school’s ASB account to support the year-to-year cost of the athletic programs. Cost such as: facilities, equipment, uniforms, officials, game transportation cost, etc.
Middle School Fees
- A $200 fee for each WIAA sport, plus the purchase of a middle school ASB card ($40).
Senior High Fees
- A $300 fee for each WIAA/KingCo sport (including Competitive Cheer).
- 2025-26 Non-WIAA fees:
- Crew (fall) $TBD
- Crew (spring) $TBD
- Men’s Water Polo $TBD
- Men’s Lacrosse Contact School Lacrosse Club
Applicable to all students:
- This fee does not waive the requirement for participating students to purchase an ASB card.
- This fee does not guarantee a spot on an athletic team, playing time or a letter award.
- This fee, due prior to the first interscholastic competition, will be paid at the school.
Financial Hardship
- Students from low-income families may qualify for a fee waiver.
- Students who need assistance should contact their school counselor, grade-level administrator, coach or athletic director for information.

Parents/Guardians qualifying for free and reduced lunch are encouraged to apply for the Fee Waiver or Reduction form during the online free and reduced application. If not completed during the online application, the waiver needs to be submitted to Dee Moran at NSD Food Services.
Refund Information
- If a student is injured, has an illness that ends participation or withdraws from school before the mid-point of a season, a full refund will be granted if requested. If more than 50% of the season is completed, a 50% refund will be granted.
- Any student who quits a team will not be eligible for a refund.
- Students who prepay and are cut from a team will be issued a full refund.

Where to pay?
ASB membership and participation fee payments can be paid online at TouchBase or with cash, check (payable to WHS) or credit card at the WHS Cashier's or Main Office.
- Online payments through TouchBase are the preferred method of payment and can conveniently be made 24 hours per day with a credit/debit card.
- To access TouchBase, a unique username and password given to you by the school is needed. To request one, please email whsattendance@nsd.org.

ASB and Participation Fees:
- ASB Membership (required for athletics) will be available for purchase on August 20, 2025.
- ASB Membership ($70) should be purchased for any student participating in athletics or clubs throughout the 2025-26 school year. Ideally the membership will be purchased before the student attends Falcon Days so their free student id will automatically be validated with the ASB membership. Student's whose ASB membership is purchased after the free student id has been printed will need to have their card validated with a sticker at the cashier's office.
- Participation fees will be added to student's accounts on Friday, August 29, 2025 EOD.
- In order for students to be eligible to play the participation fee is due before the 1st competition.
- Payments for Crew and Water Polo (season TBD based on registration numbers) participation may differ depending on hosting high school's policy.

How to Pay:
- Payments are accepted online through TouchBase*
- Checks can be mailed to WHS, 19819 136th Ave NE, Woodinville, WA 98072 Attn: Bookkeeper.

In-person payments begin on Falcon Days August 25 or 28 then ongoing starting the first day of school when the Cashier's Office reopens for the 2025-26 school year with Credit/Debit card*, cash or check payable to WHS or NSD. As the office team is diligently focused on preparing the building for the start of the new school year, payments in person are not accepted at WHS between Falcon Days and the first day of school.
